My tires don't show any wear yet, but there is only 1300 miles on them. I'm concerned how they will wear when towing it behind the motorhome. My castor is @ 4.9 degrees. It drives good except for the pull and I didn't want to get the pinion angle any more off with the shaft angle, but I'll try setting it at 6 degreees and see if it gets rid of the pull. I don't see how more castor would do that, but it's worth a try. Thanks

Check your thrust angle. Verify that your rear axle is square to the frame and centered. Two alignment shops suggesting to live with it suggests they were focusing their efforts on the wrong end of your Jeep.

I wondered about the rear when I saw that the left tire was 1/2" further out than the right. I corrected that last night and it made no difference. Although it's now centered, how do I check the thrust?

Edit: I checked the alignment report and it shows a thrust of .06 degree with the range being -.25 to +.25 degree. It appears that mine is where it should be.

Any thoughts about getting upper adjustables and pushing the right forward?

Well everyone has gone right to the alignment issues. Have you switched the front tires right to left or rotate as the book suggests????

I put on new tires on my Rubi and had a terrrible pull to the left. Check alighnment, which was within specs.. Whats left? The tires! Move them! Lets us know what happens... It worked for me great..

Measure from the front sidewall of the rear tire to the frame and the rear sidewall of the rear tire to the frame. It wouldn't take much to throw things off, perhaps an 1/8th of an inch. You could also measure from the front center cap to the rear center cap on each side of the vehicle. That might show a more pronounced difference. Lastly, don't count on your body being centered or square to the frame and don't make any measurements using body parts, just the frame axles and wheels.

Although I wouldn't discount the tires being an issue, I would make sure everything is square and true before I would begin sliding tires around. I would also believe you can make some slight adjustments with left/right tire pressure after verifying how straight and true things are.
