What's was off?

It pulls left and steering wheel off. It's doing the same thing before and after tire/lift was installed.

you need to adjust the drag link to re-center the steering wheel, anyone that works on cars for a living should know that, it sounds like you are dealing with a bunch of dumb asses. If you were in my area, I would gladly do the alignment (correctly) for you:yup:

A reputable alignment shop should be able to provide you with a print out showing the current Caster, Camber, Toe in, and Thrust Angle. There are several things that can cause your specific issue and without the alignment numbers, you're just guessing. Straightening the steering wheel is an easy fix but why is it off center to begin with? Need more info to advise.

Can you post the current alignment numbers?

Steering wheel - they can recenter
Toe - they can adjust if needed
Front Axle - adj trackbar, they can center your front axle if needed

Caster - stock ca's, nothing they can do (unless you add components)
Camber - solid axle, nothing they can do (unless you add components)
Rear Axle - relo bracket, nothing they can do

If you want them to do more, you need to add an adj rear trackbar, some form of caster correction, and if your camber is out of spec, another $600 for offset balljoints.
