Another Lift and Driveshaft Question...tell me i can do it!

So i have decided that with the off-roading i do and with
the way i drive, My Dana44 rear and Dana30 will hold up
with 35" tires on it.

So after months of thinking about this, and with me being home from
college and actually getting new tires for my Jeep in the next two months,
i am pretty certain on getting the TF 2.5"BB (with front spaces to make level)
and 35" tires.

The only thing that would keep me from 35"s is the driveshaft angle

Ive done alot of searching and found alot of different stuff
so im just asking here for specific opinions

Whos is running a similar setup? Hows the Angle? Do i need to worry
about breaking my driveshaft? (cause with my budget i would be screwed)
And opinions on this set up

Thanks guys in advance :yup:

You will be fine with a 2.5" BB lift and probably even another 1/2" to 1" of lift on top of that. There are a lot of people who have the 2.5" BB plus another small spacer stacked on top of it without any problems at all.

Keep in mind though, you could be the exception for whatever reason and have an issue. Every Jeep has different tolerances, and some people could probably get away with it for the life of the Jeep, and others will have problems sooner than that.

It sounds like you don't wheel it too hard, so IMO you will be fine!

x2 its the amount of lift that affects it not the bigger tires.:yup: the axles feel the wrath of the 35s:brows:

Thanks for the input, just wanted to add i have a 2door, i know its shorter and there would be a greater angle. Forgot to say that earlier so i dont know if it changes anything.

If im still good, thats good news cause i cant get rid of the feeling i would regret not
going with 35"s

Also from what i have gathered from other threads as said before, the Dana30 will be fine with the 35"s as long as i dont wheel it to hard. Just want to double check to
make sure im not getting in over my head as a college student
