Default another trac bar ????

I am trying to make sure my front axle is straight. I had it aligned after the lift got put on last year. My steering wheel has never been straight. The camber is off a little ( It like to wonder a little bit ). I can also fell a slight wobble hitting bumps in the road going at speed. Its not full blown death wobble. I tried using a 2x4 and a 4' level to measure of the frame. When I did it showed that it was centered. I measured off the fenders and its way off almost a inch. I am just trying to figure out if I need to locate a new spot to measure from or what.
