Any ideas
I have a 09 wrangler unlimited i have 1500 miles on it. I had the dealer install the lift to keep my lifetime powertrain the lift is a pro comp 2.5 tuned kit. I have put about 500 miles on it but it is making this noise when i take of it has done it 3 times since the lift was installed it is coming from the rear suspension its weird kind of like a clunk like something rolled and hit the tailgate on take of i took everything out of truck and still did it. Everything seems tight rides great goes strait down the road. Any ideas on what to look for before i bring it back to the dealer ?

Either something is loose or something is hitting.
Look around the rear trackbar and sway bar links, a bolt might be hitting something when you start from a stop or go over a bump.

I've heard this several times and many of those times it has been a spring not seated correctly. This will cause one of the spring coils to rub on the track bar as the JK squats in the rear on take off. It also happens whenever you hit bumps but you probably won't hear it while you're rolling. Look at your springs, I bet you see where it's rubbing.
I went out and looked at it the bolt for the track bar is hitting the spring. I think i will just flip the bolt to the other side wow that is a close fit. Thank you everyone for the all the help.
