Anyone have any tips on removing front passenger shock on 2012?

x3...going aftermarket will require more access since they're beefier. Removing stock shock wasn't as painful as getting the nut started on the new shock. Break off some of that plastic to give yourself the room that should have been designed into it in the first place.
