Update: I received an email back from Smittybilt today (aka tmsgroupusa.com) about the hood. These are scheduled to be completed and available after 12/21. Hoping more details will be available after that.

Knowing Smittybilt's time table for releasing new products. I doubt it will be available until after spring. They are notorious for putting things in catalogs/websites but not releasing products until months and sometimes years later.

I would go ahead and say that for $500 pricepoint, its being made overseas. I havent seen a location stamp on the product though.
