arb compressor mounting
I am not sure which bracket is the correct one to use. I want to mount it over the brake master cylinder. Which one do I order?
is this it? the link didn't work. I will try and get a photo. It is a teraflex bracket. 1184220 is the part number. |
For some reason, I cannot post of picture.

Which compressor? There are three different sizes.
The part number you posted indicates it works for a 'small' compressor, which I assume is their the smallest which is lockers-only. No tire inflation. And from the pics in the install guide, it mounts further forward, not to the booster. https://teraflex.com/shop_items/56fe...d70ed4933e4efd |
Now I feel like and idiot. I did not even see the install guide. I am wanting to mount the one that only works for lockers. I am looking for the bracket that goes over the brake fluid reservoir. I am planning to put in an SPOD and this bracket will take up the room where the SPOD mounts.
If someone can pass on which bracket I need, I would much appreciate it. |
Don't mount it in the engine compartment..remove the passenger tail light and install inside the area behind it.

I used the Evo bracket to mount mine. Easy install and close to the sPod.

I found the Evo today and ordered it.

Why would I want to put it back there? Then I have a lot of long wires to run. Under the hood puts it right next to the SPOD.
