Yeah, I think I would be perfectly happy with the solids...

Haha....that made me laugh too..

ARB makes a fine diff cover, but that was a dramatic response if I've ever seen one.

I still have a nice set of ARB covers. David will say so also. You can't compete with the beauty of these covers. They are well worth the money. You have to be on acid to not think so.

I like the magnet they have in them. I'm really thinking about it when I replace my Dana 30.

I was wondering the same thing, but then I saw this:

so I think I'm going with the ARBs (they'll make a great Christmas present). I thought about getting covers that only protect the bottom half of the diff, like the Four X Doctor ones on Quadratec, but I'd be worried that they'd catch on something and rip the cover off.

I don't think the Solids stick out anymore than any of the other covers -- ARB, Riddler, et al., so I wouldn't make your decision based on that.

I doubt it, maybe a vendor who has both in stock. I don't suspect anyone typically orders one of each.

And I agree - I wouldn't base my decision on that thread. Besides, after reading it it only sounds like its happening to some people as far as rubbing.
