axle ratio, danas 33"s

Ok I'm sorry and I'm sure this is answered somewhere on the forum but I can't seem to find my exact answer. Please excuse me if I missed it.
My question is this- 2008 JK Auto
I have from my build sheet-
AHT Trailer Tow Group
DGV 4-Spd. Automatic VLP 42RLE Trans
DHES Man Shift-on-the-Fly Transfer Case
DJRS Next Gen. Dana 30 Solid Front Axle
DMEP 3.73 Rear Axle Ratio
DRZS Next Gen. Dana 44 HD Rear Axle
DSA Anti-Spin Differential Rear Axle
DS7S Conventional Differential Frt Axle

Can I put 33's on with no major issues? I want to keep ok gas mileage and don't want to affect acceleration.
Thanks everyone I appreciate it.

it may be just a slight sluggish but you will be fine on 33's

If you do a lot of hwy driving, you may not like it. Ours is an auto with 33" tires & 4.10 gears & trying to cruise 75mph it has to downshift if somebody farts or sneezes. The Hypertech helps, but I would think with your 3.73's it'd be miserable on the hwy.
Look at the chart in this thread:

I have 3.73 with 33s have no issue the jeep is not a sports car

I was not refering to sport car type accelleration, I was responding to his inquiry about keeping OK gas mileage.

With the 3.73's & 33" tires, will your Jeep stay locked up in OD at hwy speeds?

The people I know with 3.73's & 33's can not cruise the speed limit (75mph) on the Hwy without downshifting constantly or turning the OD off which kills fuel economy.
With 4.10's I'm good on level ground if the headwind is not too harsh, but any real grade at 70 plus & it has to downshift.

You will hear all sorts of oppinions, but I think you are pushing the envelope with 33s on an automatic with 3.73s with your goal is to maintain factory characteristics.

If you are interested in a programmer you might get some of your mileage back, but you are certainly going to lose some.

Hmm thank you everyone for the replies. That's kind of what I was thinking.

Do you not drive at highway speeds?

My auto with 3.73 and oem 32s will not hold highway speeds locked up in OD if there is any incline or headwind.
