Y, when you move to a 37, you have to do a bit more trimming. You might measure the distance between the rear LCA bolts (from middle of one bolt head to middle of the other) to see what current length of that arm is. I believe my rear lower Metalcloak is ~20 7/16" or 20 1/2" as reference. I could verify once home if you wanted. If what you have is the RE 3.5" Superflex, it appears to come with fixed lowers (both front and rear), and adjustable uppers (both front and rear), although I don't see them list specific lengths of the lowers. I'm just guessing that they might be a bit shorter. I had to trim the area I colored in the picture as I didn't always have adjustable arms. Factory arms with 37s put me in a similar rubbing predicament when I made that increase in tire size. I added a full set of MC arms a little bit after that.

If you don't mind where the axle sits, cut some more and it might solve your issues. Search up cutting pinch seam and you'll see how people pound that over.

Snapped a couple pics last night so you have something for comparison. I have 37" Nittos and my lower rear control arm measures 20 7/16" for reference. I've trimmed a decent bit of pinch seam. I have a fender delete on so it's harder to see the pinch seam there, but the delete had to be trimmed as well, so this should give you a little idea of a measurement compared to where you're rubbing.

Resharp001, thanks for the help. I have a clear picture of what I need to do now.
