Default Backspacing question? walker evan's 17" for 37" tires

how much backspacing should i get, what is best i want no rub, any help?
also anyone know what the easiest to balance road friendly bead locks?

Walker Evans 17X8.5 with 4.5" of bckspace, on 37" BFG's. I don't think you will go wrong with this setup! Balance? I have not balanced mine yet and they are fine up through 80 mph.

EDIT: Geeez that first picture was big! Let me try that again....

I have 17" WE wheels with 4" backspacing on 37" BFG KM2s (4" backspace was recommended by Dave at Northridge 4x4). I had very light rubbing on the front swaybar at full turn and fixed it with one washer on each steering bump stop. I cut about 2" off the rear rock slider. I do have slight fender rubbing in front, but only at full stuff and turning the wheel. I had my wheels balanced and even the tech was surprised that it only took about 2 oz. of weights on each wheel.
