Looking for a cumulative list of which Dana 30/44 ball joints work with RCVs. I've found scattered information but figured it might help to locate this information all in one place. If this already exists, please let me know.

So far, I know Alloy USA do NOT work with RCVs.

Please chime in with what you know. Thanks!!

Would think the two that are most common in either a pro rock or like axle and rcv's are the synergy and prosteer (dynatrac).

Same specs as stock 30/44. Dynatrac for sure, almost every setup I've seen with rcv's is one of these two brands. Will say the fit is TIGHT. Scary close together.

Yep, agreed. And Rare Parts work as well.

I was actually shocked when I heard about the two I mentioned above not working.

I have Dynatrac ball joints in mine. They fit and are easy to grease.

I thought for the Teraflex ball joints that it was only the larger ear axle shafts that started to get phased in 2012 starting with the Rubicon models where you had to do some shaving to get them to work. In my 2012 Sahara I still had the smaller axle shaft u-joints so was able to get the Teraflex HD ball joints for my D30.

From what I understand the RCV's would still work.

Direct from Northridge:
The lower ball joint has been designed with a threaded top cap for adjustable pre-load, and it allows grease servicing without removing the axle shaft, even with larger RCV shafts.
Does not fit Dynatrac ProRock Housing

*SOME 2012 and ALL newer Jeep Wranglers come factory with larger front axle shafts (Dana 30 & 44) than previous years, and will require grinding on the stub shaft forging parting line for clearance.

This is incorrect. I run TF HD ball joints on my front 44 with RCVs.
