Default From a BB to Springs

If I have a BB installed, and want to upgrade to HD Springs, will all I need to purchase are the spring sets and then just remove the spacers when I install the springs? Is there anything else I will need that normally comes with a coil spring lift that doesn't come with a BB?

Typically yes that's all that you need to do. However that depends on what brand of BB kit your running.

Once you install. Make sure they are not taught and have some play. If you don't, when you go off road and the axle drops with flex, you will rip the brake line and have no brakes....

Ok thanks, I wasn't sure if I was looking for their length or if there was some kind of positioning issue I might run into..

If you're increasing in overall lift height, you may find that your steering geometry has changed - and that may require things like adjustable track bars, adjustable control arms, or different sway bar links. The modified tech FAQ has a ton of very useful information to provide some guidance, and if you have specific questions there are lots of folks here to help you out.
