Beadlock Wheel Alignment??
Hey guys, for those of you with beadlock wheels. Where do you take your jeep for alignment? I know about doing an alignment with a tape measure, but i have a Camber issue im dealing with. Where i live it seems like nobody can do alignment on beadlocks... so do you take yours? thanks

Christian Brothers did mine. And they have all the fancy new machines/tools to do it with like that attach to the wheels etc. Older places can do them because they don't attach anything to the wheels they measure the tires.
Most places refuse to work on anything with beadlocks, its not that they can't do it. At tire shops, they refuse due to the time it would take them, and the fact they can't really guarantee the bead is sealed as they have no standard work procedure for them, there are many different beadlock types, etc. Places that refuse to align a vehicle with beadlocks usually don't know any better and don't know that the wheels being beadlocks will have no effect on what they're doing. Very rarely does the deadlock itself cause a compatibility issue with their attachments and tools and machines.

Yup.. what gnarly_mike said. No real difference just because of beadlocks. It's an issue of the shops not having the precedures or training to see that beadlocks are fine.
Heck, I took mine to a shop to have the tires pulled of the rim (already removed the ring) and they weren't even sure now to do that. I ended up showing them how to mount the rim on their machine to pull the tire off. (I didn't realize how strongly the tires seat to the rim... gave up fighting it and had the shop dismount them)

There is a Tire Discounters up the street from me that had a killer alignment rack. No issues with my beadlocks there, but did have several other shops that wouldn't do it.
