bilstein has a great reputation. I have them on my 3500 chevy diesel and they have been great. If I wasnt running coilovers I would be running Fox( over $100) or the Bills( under $100)

For under $100, I was really happy with the performance of Bilstein 5100's. They were a great all around shock.

Old man emu nitro sport ride nice on road and off. I liked them better then the 5100's for an all around shock. The 5100's do look better though imo for those concerned about looks that don't know what paint is.

Yes RS9000xl's have a 1-10 adjustable setting that can be done on the shock itself or from the cab with the myride setup. Good shocks for the money...
