Default best shocks for a smooth ride? no lift

Looking to smooth out my ride. I'm running on 33's tires no lift. What would be the best shocks for the smoothest ride? it's my daily driver btw.

You will get many answers and depends on your budget, but you can't go wrong with a set of Bilstein 5100s.

What about the Rancho 9000's? They're adjustable so you can set them to how you like the ride

Just swapped in a set of new (takeoff) shocks from a 2012 Rubicon and the ride is far superior to the original shocks; granted the original shocks had 40K on them.
