Default Bestop Flex-a-trunk vs instatrunk

Does anyone out there have a bestop flex-a-trunk? Just wondering if they are worth the $350 or would a instatrunk work just as well?

I ordered one but it hasn't shipped yet. I think they are still on backorder.

I ordered from Quadratech.

I still need to install my Bestop Mesh Bikini top.

I also am interested in purchasing one. This is my first Jeep, and first convertible, and I am trying to anticipate life with the top down this summer. I read that it has a cutout for the subwoofer, and I like the fact that you can take it apart if you need to put a tall item in the back, unlike the other storage trunks.

I too would like something that is somewhat secure but easily removable if needed. Would like to hear the reviews of the bestop one when it is available.

Haven't put it on yet. Right now I have no place to store my hard top once it comes off. My wife has a bunch of unfinished furniture from WoodYou sitting in the 3rd car garage space. Once I can scare up some space for the rear portion of the hard top, I will install the bikini top and post up pics.

By the way, I have also thought about a roof hoist but I don't have room on the side of the garage where the Jeep is parked because of the attic access and my hurricane shutters.

Would you happen to know of the mesh top has any protection from the rain??

I am very interested in ordering one, looks really damn cool, it rains alot around here it would be nice that the mesh was dense enough to repel rain.

thanx

I am waiting for that sunlighter fabric top for the JK. It repels water and filters out UV but is kind of see through.
