I had a set of those... and now have the Rugged Ridge Half doors and uppers.. I love half doors! I REALLY want a set of Mopar steel halfies..

Plexus makes a whole line of scratch remover, polish and cleaners. I get it a local marine store.. the boaters use it for the clear panels on their canvas.

The full softies will do a decent job of keeping water out as long as you've tweaked them to fit tight. I ended up getting rid of them because I wanted to extend the season I can use them and the soft doors are a short season.

The RR uppers are a better option and if you get a chance to check them out, it's worth it to try to mod your uppers in the same way. The RR's have small elastic loops and buttons so you can secure the window in a few positions. Keeps it from flapping in the wind and getting sucked back out the window opening.

As far as storing them.. I have a two door and keep the back seat folded down. I just lay them on the seat with a beach towel between them. I used to be crazy anal about keeping the pristine, but I've changed my ways and treat them pretty rough.. I don't have any scratches yet, but it won't bother me. They could fit in the Freedom panel bag, but I don't bother. Plus, my Freedom panels are stored in there!

Do you need door surrounds with those or do they just hook right up like a steel door?

Your rig is currently my favorite on the entire forum. Love the lift, wheel & tire combo and the trek top and soft doors are just icing on the cake!!!!

No door surrounds needed if you're not using the soft uppers. If you are using the soft windows, then yes, you need surrounds.
