I had the same gap with the rear.window... I installed when it was 95 degrees outside and it was difficult. Make sure the vinyl is not cold or it will be very hard to stretch into place.

Take off the rear windows and flip the top open. Then:
1. start the top zipper (2 inches)
2 start the window zippers (2 inches)
3. then tuck the window panels in, starting with the door surrounds and working your way around to tailgate.

When new, these tops are a pain in the ass to install, especially when cold

Edit - Is your front gap with the latches closed? Mine has a gap, but I don't have any leaks there

Thanx guys. Does it get any easier to put on the windows?

It will loosen up slightly over time. Big factor is the outside temperature though!

Important steps are to only start each zipper 1 - 2" and then work your way around once you have them all started.

The top needs to be this tight since it does not have a frame.

First time installing should be done outside in the hot sun.

Yep, it gets easier. Once they are on for a few days, everything will stretch and fit better. Sitting in the sun helps

I installed it in Houston friday late afternoon. Was about 70 out. But no sun

I had the same problem in 90° weather..... If u just play with it, and figure out which way works best for u..... I just start the zippers before pulling the top tight then after the top is snapped into place I zip the windows up.... Still hard to do but not bad.... Good luck!
