Chop your fenders or add bumpstops.

Increased bump stops or fender trim; otherwise, I'd think 2.5" or 3".

When I flex on the same stump with my swaybar connected, I'm fine. Disconnect is the issue.

Running bfg ko 295/75/16 with 4.5" back spacing with stock suspension. I never rubbed on the fenders, but did on the front air dam (for lack of a better word) at full lock. Minor cosmetic trim and problem solved. (The pic is before/after)

Like your sig pic.

The air dam is great when traveling forward, not so when reversing. Then it turns into a scoop, so go extra slow when backing out of water or mud. If anyone decides to remove the air dam, expect a loss of a mile or two per gallon.

How about disconnected and flexed?

I rubbed when artificially flexing on the stump in my above photo and also while running phoukepsie gulch in Colorado.
