Default Bummed out!

I'm getting bit real hard! I installed a daystar spacer lift this past week and I thought that I would love it. After all I'm runnig 33's. Don't get me wrong it's a great set-up and I would recommend it to anyone, very easy to install. Problem is, now that I see my jeep, I see more of what it could be. I really want 35's and something aroud a 3" to 4" lift. Problem is I'm running 3.21's. Although I could purchase new gears I don't think that the Dana 30 front would handle the larger tires. The Dana 44 would be fine but I would still have to find an installer. Wish I could go back and order my Jeep with 4.10's and 44's all around...I'm bummed

Truth be told.....your Dana 30 is alot stronger than most give it credit for. I would suggest going ahead and regear, lift it more, and go for the 35's. You only live once.

I know what you mean. I have had my tires and lift for about three weeks and although I love the look I am thinking of going to 35's. Luckily I have 4.10's and a standard so I think I will be ok. Just have to sell the 33's without losing too much money.

give it the lift and 35s [and gears]. the D30 would be able to handle it especially since you most likely arent locked. IF anything breaks [wont be for a long time if you wheel smart] its a good excuse to upgrade to a D44.

Then when you get the 35's you wish it had 37's, it's never ending...
