Bumper
Weight. I went with a PSC RockBrawler and TF Hinge, only 87lbs, yet strong as hell. The backup lights are helpful too. For the front I wanted deer protection, so a full width with bull bar was necessary, AEV won that category.

For a front bumper, steel vs aluminum...full-width, mid-width, stubby...do you want to run a winch, keep the factory fog lights, recovery points and what's your buget. There are bumpers from $200-$1000+, or you can make a stubby out of the factory. Check out the front bumper show off thread and see what you like.

Not to plug LOD. But I looked around and LOD had the one that made most sense for me. I wanted a mid width winch bumper that kept factory fog's that had a winch guard bar that did not go too far. I did not want the bull bar to block the iconic Jeep grill and lights.
I got a front and rear bumper with a single action tire carrier for less than $1000. No rust, pretty robust. Have the option for a winch plate in front, provision for factory fogs & D-rings. The rear swing arm holds my 35"; can hold a Hi-lift & shovel, and D-rings. Pavement Ends front stubby & Bestop High Rock rear. Had them for close to a year with the only issue a small dribble of high-temp grease escaping the grease seal on the carrier spindle.
