Sounds like the Warn rear bumper and tire carrier might work for you. The only negative is you cannot see jack $hit out the back window because the spare tire (37") covers the whole space. I had to get a rear view camera. Turns out, there is a nice spot for it built right into the bumper. You could probably relocate your brake light in there too.

Also, make sure you get some bumpstops to eliminate the rattle.

I went with the LOD signature series. Good quality, reasoable price, great customer service and if need be they can alter the carrier to suit your needs. The rear with tire carrier has the ability to add jerry can mounts, overhead rack, jack, shovel if needed or add it later. The LOD bumper wraps all the way around and matches up to the factory fender flares (most don't). Do a search you will find lots of pictures. Their bumper has it all, integrated tow receiver, shackle mounts, back up lights (option). The 3rd brake light was my mod!

The Expedition One is the one I definitely want. I have had a Warn rear bumper with tire carrier for years and am fed up with having to open the tire carrier and then open the tail gate. With the Expedition One it is one process to simply open the tailgate.

Does anyone know Expedition One's web site address?

EDIT: Apologies.... just found it... http://www.expeditionone.biz/
