So I'm thinking of getting a cargo bin vice luggage bin for my 2 door JK. My question, being that I still need my stuff to be protected from the elements is, are there any quality, tight fitting covers/tarps for a given cargo bin? Seeings how I didn't purchase anything yet I figured I'd ask first.

There are waterproof bins like thule, and there are also waterproof bags of all sorts designed for rooftop carry. A tarp would be shredded.
