Well, I got to be the guinea pig on the new Raingler cargo netting system for the JK today. I'm not going to post any sort of review or anything, because while I don't work for the company, I did get the cargo nets in exchange for letting them take pics of my Jeep with the netting installed for instructions and promotional materials. So I might be biased. I will just post the info they gave me:

800 pound rated buckles, black powder coated
1000 pound rated black webbing
UV resistant webbing rated for 10 years of exposure

Oh yea, one useful thing that I did discover is that when you have the hard-top on, the space between the cargo nets and the top makes a great storage area for all sorts of things:

This is probably a dumb question, but...

Will the rear cargo netting be able to act in the same manner as the front with the hard top on? i.e. storage space as the photo you have of the front? I like the idea, but my head already hits the top up front if I sit up straight, of course maybe the webbing allows me to put some padding in so it doesn't hurt as much hitting bumps. Maybe that is the reason I am asking such a dumb question

The rear does work exactly the same way, yes. You could leave off the front piece of webbing and just run the rear kit. You can buy the different nets separately, so you could just not get the front webbing at all. It does reduce headroom by about 1.5-2 inches. I wouldn't recommend using it as a way to pad your head on bumps, cause the nylon webbing is fairly rough, it wouldn't be very comfy.

You have to add two small footman loops to the rear wheel well area on the 4-door. They tuck in beside the seats and aren't noticeable. They attach to the body tub with short self tapping screws, takes about 2 minutes to install.

On the 2-door, no mods are required, just attaches to the cage.
