Cleaning coil-overs

So my predicament is I can't get my coil-overs to the shine they use to have why are y'all's tips and secrets that y'all use to clean y'all's coils

Are you wanting to shine the coils or shock body? Wd40 works great on the coils but I can't get the shock body to clean up a well.

I was try to clean all of it but whenever I use wd-40 everything sticks to it so it gets dirty instantly haha

Denatured alcohol and a sponge works wonders on just about anything lol, a little harsher option if that isn't good enough is acetone. Just test your acetone on a small spot and rub it good first to make sure your not removing a coating or paint

I just wash mine with a hose and go wheel and get them dirty again.

Cast roll super clean. Contains lye. Don't let it set too long.
