Clicking after lift
Just installed a teraflex budget boost with jks disconnects. Also flipped the steering stabilizer. The lift and disconnects were used and the disconnects were a bit dry but we greased them. I'm getting a clicking from the front close to the passenger side. Only under about 35 mph and its definitely a click, not really a clunk. I can make it click by turning left and right while driving otherwise it does about every 30 seconds whole on motion. Bumps also get it to click. I'm thinking it must be either the track bar bolt, a shot bushing in the disconnect or the u bolts possibly not being tight enough for the stabilizer on the tie rod. I'm going to check those tomorrow. Any other thoughts? I figure i'll take it for a ride disconnected and see if I can make a determination or eliminate that suspect. Thanks.
I quickly checked those u bolts and I was able to tighten them a little but I don't think that's it. Next on my list to check are trackbar bolt and those disconnects. Anything else that could be causing this? It was just a 2.5 budget boost.

Did you lengthen or install longer disconnects? if you don't have an adjustable trackbar, the BB shifts the axle a bit and could cause your tire (depending on size) to be catching on something.
Also check your brake lines - don't want the tires rubbing on those.
I have 33"s with spacers so tires look good. I put jks quick discos on the front that's my first guess so I'm gonna take them off and see if there's still noise. It happens when I'm going straight too sometimes without any bumps. No front air dam on mine.
