Default Coil spacing lift or full spring lift?

I want to lift the soon comming JK, but not sure what lift to go with.

Would a full 2.5" kit with springs and all be any safer than a 2.5" spacer lift?
Im not actually considering the 2.5" spring kit, i just used it for an example, but would the stock springs get stressed more over time with the bb kit than the spring kit, or would the stock springs have enough articulation?

The 2.5" Budget Boost should be just as safe as new coils but your articulation will be limited to by the bumpstops you will need to install with the kit. Of course, these are needed to prevent the over-compression of your stock coils. Nothing worse than having a Jeep that sits lop-sided
