Default Which coils for increased weight?

Every time I post a question everyone is very helpful, so I'll post again:
All the mods I've done have seemed to have a negative effect on performance/driving. I added the Gobi rack, ARB bumper, Rubi take-offs, and now the Purejeep rear bumper. My problem is that my Jeep has little to no suspension travel now, and some ruts on the freeway make the Jeep oscillate much more than when it was stock, to the point that it is uncomfortable. I have the Sahara edition without the tow package and have added probably an extra 500lbs where it does the worst damage to the driving dynamics, the top and the very ends of the Jeep. I would like to have the ride back to where it was, or better. I do not want to lift it more than stock. I don't want to deal with the trackbar, drive shaft, and other issues that creep up when you lift the Jeep. My tires have a lot of tread left and I will go no bigger than 33's when I do buy tires in a couple of years. I would like some progressive springs and I'm contemplating OME or Bilstein 5100 shocks. Any one with a similar set up? I don't do much rock crawling, but I do enjoy going on fire roads, snow, and trails that take me to beautiful places. Thanks

if your problem is just in the rear end, you may want to consider a set of these:

I thought of putting these in the back and some stiffer coils up front. How do the bags impact the ride on the highway and street? Would I improve the ride by changing shocks? Thanks
BTW-that's the bumper I just got!!

depends on how much air you put in them. put in a lot and your ride will feel more firm. if you just want to regain something close to a factory ride, you just want to put in enough air to help the springs out and restore your height. if you are still running your sahara shocks, i would recommend replacing them with a set of rubi shocks - they will help out as they are firmer and you can probably find a set for free.

Sweet I did not realize they had airbags available for the JK! I know I love my airbags on my Diesel for heavy loads.

Like WOL mentioned you can adjust the airbag PSI to suit your required needs. Pump them full if you have a heavy load and if you are carrying nothing keep them at about 5-10PSI or lower to keep your stock feel.

I've been looking at the Air Lift systems too for times I'm really loaded.

How do the Air Lift bags affect upward travel?

I guess my concern is that articulation would be limited. When aired down to the 5 psi minimum, is it even possible to 'crush' one of the bags at full articulation, or does it just smush together and collapse on itself inside the coil? I'd still think that would make you loose a couple inches of travel.

Is that a valid concern or am I off base?

I had a similar issue but wanted to get a little bit more lift than was available with the stock springs and shocks. Teraflex has a kit that works great, and allows you the space required to go to 33's with no problem.
