Ok I need some advice/help. I took my steering box out to send in to get a hydro assist kit. In the mean while I had a spare sitting around and installed that. After about a week the spare box was making a noise ie bad box. So for troubleshooting I disconnected the steering rod to the box and turned the wheel a couple times not bringing it back to I started because I dident know better. I know I shouldn't of even turned the wheel to begin with. Now I have my original box back and installed that but know when I turn the steering wheel the horn goes off. I do not have a airbag light on so I'm not thinking it's the clock spring but I'm not sure.

Our best guess is that its something in the clock spring.

You could always disconnect the horn and get some air horns. People seem to respond to air horns a bit better anyhow.

But in all seriousness I would check the clock spring 1st.

Free wheeling the steering wheel kills the clock spring.

How do u check it?

These days it probably set a code and could be read out with a Scan Tool at the dealer, or another shop that has factory scan tools.

I have a scanner but no codes are coming up and i don't have a check engine light on.

Ok I think u are right the airbag light came on.

Check engine lights are emissions related, so something like that would not set that light. Find someone who can plug in and read the airbag code. I'm going to take a wild guess that you'll need that clock spring replaced.
