Ooooo.....fancy line you got there. LOL

what would happen If you took the entire plastic part of the bumper off (im talking about the front) then just kinda "pushed" the fog lights back. If there is any open space on the metal, you could cut and weld something to fill it.

Hey, no idea is a bad idea.

A friend of mine and i sat in his garage for 3 hours hacking my wifes factory bumper! We cut the top and bottom out and folded the face around to mold the sides in. look great... the wife even likes it!! Click image for larger version

We pulled the bumper, cut the metal back, cut the top, bottom and the back out of the plastic bumper and folded and cut the front remaining piece to fit for end caps. Molded it with ABS glue and shot bed liner on it. Turned out great and the wife likes it too!! here are some b4 and after pics-Click image for larger version

Here are some progress pics of the bumper being made. Because we cut it down so much we cut the mounts out of the plastic bumper so we drilled out 9 new holes and inserted 5/16" pem-nuts. We also globbed on some RTV between the metal and plastic bumper to eliminate viberations that might have loosed up the new bolts.... i got most of the ideas off of looking at other stubbys on here and then tweeking it all a little to make it... we also filled the hole where the dealer put thier plate on....Click image for larger version

Default Pics of stock bumper chop

When you cut it you’ll need to re mount the plastic temporarily I just used a self tapping screw to hold the plastic because I was in a rush
