Question Daystar Tailgate Bump stops and Length?

Please help me find out the original length (before cut to size) of these bump stops?

I did search, but this is specific. And believe it or not, no retailer has that in their description.

Thanks!

5" long is close. There are 3 sections you can cut each being about 1" long and a longer section that remains. I cut 2 sections off and have about 3" of bump stop.

I have a warn rear bumper and tire carrier, and the daystars completely eliminated any rattles that I had.
i cut off two of the three bits and they fit perfectly.

I cut mine as shown below and it worked perfect on a wheel with 4.7" backspacing and 11.5" wide tire on a factory spare tire mount. Keeps the spare nice and snug against the tailgate. Hope that helps.

Anyone who gets these know they work well just be careful screwing them in as the threaded area is the weakest link - ask me how I know.

can anyone confirm, are these the same thing as Quadratec has via this link? There's no picture, so I'm not 100% sure as it says it's a universal fit.

Edit: my internet search for parts skills seem to be lacking because I was slow.
