Man that sucks that you have to go through that. You think they would all be on the same page. My dealer had put the lift on for me and luckily for me they are all about fixing stuff. The service manager has a tricked out jeep so he said bring it by if ya have any issues.

You bought it with the lift on, or you had the dealer install after you had bought it?

That is unfortunate. But I found that most of the time it is not the dealership that is turning you away. Sometimes the dealer is misrepresented by lazy mechanics or ignorant service reps. I found that if you ask to speak with the owner/manager and then remind them they are in the business of customer service, sure you may not be in there to give them that large sale they want with new vehicle purchases but let them know that with poor customer service after the sale you will not purchase another vehicle of that brand, and you will also advise the people you know not too either because the company provides poor service. By reminding them of that calmly you threaten both their business and lively hood. If they turn you down after that then they must not need your business or are just a bunch of C-ck Suckers.

Are these dealerships 5-star dealerships. I am pretty sure Chrysler gives that rating for a reason and if they are then maybe a letter or email to Chrysler may do the trick
