Default Death Wobble after switching springs and shocks from a Rubicon to a JK

I just took removed my OEM shocks and springs from my 2012 Jk. I replaced them with OEM Rubicon shocks and springs. Now I have death wobble. I did not loosen my track bar during installation. Can I do it now and then retighten? I'm desperate. This is also my daily driver.

I would losen all your control arm and trackbar bolts and shake the hell out of your jeep. then tighten all bolts to spec while the jeep is on the ground. get a good torque wrench and torue all bolts with the exception of the front uppers to 125 pounds. the front uppers are 75 i believe. start there and if you still get it just go to planmans diagnosing death wobble you tube video

Exactly what Monte said. Be sure to check the holes on your track bar and if you haven't replaced those bolts with Grade 8 hardware, go ahead and do so. This link will give you some guidance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DiydwQHc7QQ
