Didnt before, now I have wobble...

Ok, 4dr automatic Rubicon on 37's. Had no wobble before going wheelin. Didnt have wobble on the 200 mile trip home. Now we have wobble when hitting bumps... seems mostly when hitting bumps on drivers side.

Made sure everything was tight, al wheel weights are still attached, proper psi in tires, nothing bent or damaged. Only thing that is differant is our stock DS boot tore during wheeling. Dont think that can be an issue?

Any suggestions?

Did you air down? If so you may have turned the tire on the wheel and your balance is off. Also check for mud on the inside of your wheels.

Air downed for the day, then aired up. Didnt have the issue for the 200 mile trip home

000000could it be a bent driveshaft or , the drive shaft balance weight fell off , check it out its pretty common

I recently had a case of the wobbles in the steering wheel (which if I hit a bump while the wheel was wobbling turned into a bad case of the wobbles). I tried everything, turns out my tires were out of balance.

I would try there, its a lot cheaper than getting your DS balanced.

Check the front trackbar bolts. Especially the axle side. Torque to 125ft-lbs and take a test drive.

Also, start your Jeep, get another person to steer the wheels full turn side to side while you inspect the front track bar and tie rod ends. Look for jerky movement or clunking.

check track bar then tire balance

Trackbar was tight when tugged on both ends, will have to see if the bolts are snugged up.

Had wobble once. Left wheel hit bump at about 40 mph on curve. Did three things and no wobble since, 1 balanced front tires, 2 replaced shock bushings, 3 put on bigger steering stabilizer.

man had the same problem and i found out it was a shock bushing had gone away so check that
