dude, i have over 4" lift front and rear, with stock brake lines and no issues, i've been at full flex many times (especially when i've been changing the lift) and the stock brake lines will stretch. probably not the best idea to leave them on there for a long time, but if you have stock shocks or just the TeraFlex shock extenders, then you will not flex enough to even stretch them out to their limit. 4" won't even stretch them out completely.
I do plan on getting some steal belted ones or whatever they are called, just so they are stronger then rubber. but they have been stock for 2 JK's and both had the same size life, and both have been fine.
So i think with 2.5" lift or 3" lift, you will be fine stock with out the drop bracket.

I put a 2.5" lift on my unlimited x and if I flexed it hard then the rear brake lines got too tight to me(it seems like that is what made it stop flexing). I made a 2" drop bracket to lower the rear. The front ones were fine so I didnt do anything to them.

If it worries you, u can get some flat bar at the hardware( Lowe's , Home Depot) cut a 3in piece and drill 2 holes in it , stock bolt goes in frame end where it's originally mounted , top hole of the flat bar, bottom hole is for the brakeline and all you need is a small bolt and nut to attach it. It'll cost you about $4 to make your own.
Here is my bracket I made for my rear brake lines. I have a budget boost and flexed it and you could play the rear brake lines like a guitar string they were so tight. If you plan on keeping it on the road then your factory lines will be fine where they are. I took a pic of the bracket so you could see how easy it is if you decide to make them.
