What are you looking for? 1", .5", .25"?....

Spidertrax and Tera Flex make a 1.25" spacer.

Got the spidertrax 1.5"'s. I would like to bring the wheels in tighter, I think a 1" would work better, maybe even .75" if possible.

Currently the Toyos are hanging out 3+ inches..... would like to make them a bit tighter if possible.

The problem you'll run into going thinner is that there just isn't enough room for the two sets of bolts. (bolt the spacer to the hub, and then bolt the wheel to the spacer...) The thin ones are the cheapo's that don't leave enough bolt to thread the nut onto, and apparently aren't the safest to use.

1.25" is the minimum that you should be considering. Even with that, you may have to shave down the tips of the factory studs if they're not flush with the spacer or you don't have clearance on the wheel for em.

If your looking for that much of a difference can you not just remove the spacers all together? Are you fighting some rubbing issues?

I agree.

What wheels and tire width are you running?

If you are running the 13.5" wide Toyos, you may need the full 1.5". Maybe you can get away wtih 1.25" unless your wheels have small backspacing.

If it's the look or the mud slinging that is the problem, you can run wider fenders.

remember that you need ''sidewall flex'' clearance. If you run them in too tight under side load forces the tires may flex enough to give you some serious issues.

To hopefully answer the questions,

4" lift, 37 x 13.5's on AEV pintlers, clayton control arms top and bottom.

Issue 1: State of VA has heartburn when the tires stick out more than 4" from the flares. They currently stick out 3". Maryland (where I drive sometimes) does not allow any tire protruding past the flare.

Issue 2: Currently the tires throw a bunch of crap up the sides, rocks mud etc. Would prefer to limit this if possible.

The major problem area is the rear and the distance from the inside of the tire to the upper control arm (currently about 1.5" w/the 1.5" spidertrax spacer).

I was thinking if I could use a 1" spacer (if available?) I could move the tire in 1/2" maybe not enough to even worry about, but I thought I would try.

I may consider pulling the trigger on some different tires(?). Maybe the 37 x 12.5's (especially since the current 37's have less than a few miles on them) along with smaller spacers I may be able to pull them in about an 1". Maybe this is all not worth screwing with, but I thought I would atleast see if I could find anybody even made a 1" or smaller spacer.
