Drivers Foot Rest?
I went with the MORE as well. It was cheaper and the install was one of the easiest things I've done. I think it's only for autos. The true advantage for me is I was taught to drive right foot gas, left foot brake while on the trail. Having the left foot ready to go from the dead pedal to the brake is much easier. I've even taped a block of wood on it to lift my foot a little higher.
When I get home Monday I'll post some pics of my very tacky and effective construct. If form follows function then you be the judge but at least it's invisible. You'll see. I been gonna (now that's tacky!) post this for awhile.
but Friday it'll get a roadtest to Moab

I had installed the MORE dead pedal a month back. I like the look of it and ease of installation. And, the price is great
.
My ankle pain is almost gone now
, but I still dont feel fully comfortable because of the angle of the dead pedal. Its almost vertical and is more suited for someone seated low, like in a Mustang or a Corvette. In a Jeep, you are seated high and you foot is at an angle
. When I am driving, only the front part of my foot rests on the dead pedal. Cos of this, most area of the dead pedal goes unused. I emailed MORE requesting them to add more angle to the dead pedal and hopefully they will listen.
In the meantime, I am thinking of adding a wedge shaped wood block or a bent aluminum plate to this dead pedal to increase the angle.
Attached a few pics of the MORE dead pedal.

I have been having issues with my order with MORE. I first ordered it five days ago. Received a email confirmation that night, so far so good. The email invites you to log in and check on your order, so the next day I did just that. But their system said order not found. So I sent a email asking about the order, but the email couldn't be delivered, (bad address). Later in the day I called them on the phone. The man that answered said he did have my order, and would send me a tracking number by email by the end of the day, never got it. Called again the next day to find out what was going on with my order. Was told again that a email would be sent with that tracking number, and again never got it. Both calls my info was double checked, he had it all correct. Those are the facts, you decide. If things get better I will post with a update.
It came today UPS. Don't know what was going on with never getting a email tracking number and their web site not wanting to confirm either. But wanted everyone to know it did finaly arrive. Put it in tonight, looks great. The only thing is I wish it was a bit more bent upward, more forward. I sit as far back as I can to still reach the break and gas, so my left foot just makes it to this dead pedal.
