Looks like it has a raised track bar bracket combined with a dropped pitman arm. Goofy. If you're unsure on the alignment readings get another one. That caster, if acurate, would be a significant issue when combined with the others noted.

You can pretty easily correct the track bar & drag link geometry with something like the Synergy high steer kit. AEV makes one similar. You have to get a stock pitman arm, too. However, I'd first address the basic alignment issues.

I'd get another alignment reading before doing anything else. I find it hard to believe that any alignment shop could jack up the reading that bad, but stranger things have happened. One thing about that phone picture is it's taking in to account slope of the surface the jeep is sitting on as well (if any). Regardless, if the caster is off that far, that is going to make a gianatic difference, so best to get another reading and confirm what it is or isn't.
