I'm not sure how the snow and ice is in jersey but i would imagine it is similar to over here in southern ontario Canada. If that's the case get the duratrec you won't regret it for year round (though I ride on Mickey Thompson mtz)

As for rims, you can't go wrong with pro comp. that's what I would chose if I was you..

Just to give you some perspective, I've got 285/70/17's, and they measure out to just under 32". Just keep that in mind...

Also, I recommend not getting tpms and just use the procal. If you go off roading, and decide to air down your tires....that tpms warning will piss you off lol. I know it pissed me off lol.

Either of those wheels are nice, so you can't go wrong.

And id pick the 2.5" lift over a levelling kit. That way, IF you decide to go bigger tires, the leveling kit won't help you.....plus, who doesn't look like a lifted jeep!?

yeah...first thing first is getting a leveling kit or lift done. Need to contact some local shops and find out cost and availability!

Depending on where you're from....it's probably cheaper to order your kit online. I've found prices are leagues cheaper than my local off road shop.

Yeah the 130 from quadratec is a good price for it. Anticipating they nick me for 100 for install (but who knows after some of the pricing I have heard on here that folks have been quoted!)
