hey guys, i havent looked yet but does anyone know how the in bumper foglights are/can be adjusted?

I've been meaning to check, but I keep forgetting!!

I know for the best visablility in fog(and to keep from blinding oncoming traffic), they shouldn't be aimed too high, but mine literally shine right in front of my bumper.

There's an adjustment screw on the back for elevation... takes a torx bit, but I don't know what size.

Since we're on the Fog Light topic. Can the housings come out to reinstall in a new bumper? (If they have the proper size cutouts) I have a weld shop that can cut the holes, but since I don't have the lights or the vehicle (on order).
Any input is greatly appreciated.
