While your there checkout the play in the balljoints,dealer tried telling me mine was normal. It isn't side to side only up and down but can definetly be heard.

I had this happen before as well, and then on top of that my axle snapped (this was on my first JK, not the one I own now)

But as I said, in my case the rattle was the shocks.

I am going to be sending them in so we can findout what caused them to break so easily.
