I have non-rubi sway bar too, so this is apples to apples comparison. Looking at it dead on, the bolt going through the sway bar for the JKS link is dead on with the rim of the upper coil perch.

Look at the first pricture. Doers your sway bar link bolt line up with the bracket between the 2 holes? My passenger side does and my drivers side is about 1/2 to 3/4 pushed back towards the coil

The 1st thing I would do is to make sure your springs are properly seated in the buckets. The next thing would be to check the rotation orientation of the passenger side spring and then make sure your driver's side is set the same. What I noticed is that when you rotate the spring, since it's not a perfectly round circle that it mounts, that the clearance will be different depending on how you rotate the spring. I had to rotate my rear springs to provide it the max clearance from my track bar bolt. Likely the same thing happening with your driver side spring, it could be rotated to provide more clearance to the link.

Also it looks like you could also increase the link length to raise the sway bar up some. Ideally you want it parallel to the ground, where it looks like you're hanging down just a tad, but raising it up some may buy you some additional clearance room and it's typically better for it to be tilted upward than downward.

pictures can be so deceiving at a times with just tiny differences in angles. Here's mine both sides. they're both about dead on with where the upper perch comes down.

resharp001, thats how they should be. Mine are not like yours. Only the passenger side is. I took it to the shop here in NJ that does all my work and just about every Jeep in NJ and they said the can't figure out why it's like that unless the front end was hit before I bought it from the dealer.

The problem with that theory is your frame would have to have been so jacked up you'd visually spot a ton of issues...I would think. This is a very odd case.

It drives fine otherwise. I only noticed it the other day at a Jeep gathering someone pointed it out to me.

Thanks for the input so far. I have the dealer looking at it this week. Between the dealer and the shop I use maybe one of them can figure it out.
