Gas mileage?

is it actually possible to change my gearing ratio with a programmer???

No. In order to change your gear ration you have to change the gears. The programmer only tells the JK's computer about the gear change so your speedometer and odometer reads correctly.

I believe the speedometer/odometer information comes from the left front wheel. Regearing would not change that. A different tire diameter would, however.
