New carrier for front only is needed since u have 3.21 gears now. The d30 is fine for 34" tires and 4.10 should be good for it for mainly street use. Rear will be fine unless ur wanting to upgrade.

Yep, the rear d44 carrier is fine.
A new open carrier for the front d30 is under $100, or any of the full case limiteds/lockers can be used instead, if you have any interest in adding traction. (truetrac, arb, e-locker, etc)

As mentioned just a front carrier is needed. Dana offers one that allows you to re-use the factory spider gears while will save you a few bucks.
We have it as part of our gear package, and we could do 4.10's with this as well.

Hey there. I'm going to throw my $.02 in here. Obviously this is all money, and it doesn't grow on trees. Gear are expensive already but since you're already replacing the carrier in the front, I would install a Detroit TrueTrac. Sure, you're mostly street and that's cool, but a TrueTrac is a really smart upgrade and since you're already paying for the labor to replace the carrier, now is the time.
