75w90 or 75w140?

So should i use 75w90 or 75w140 synth after broke in? i have 5.13 gear

2010 Rubi - my manual indicates 80-90 front,

rear 80-90 or if towing synth 75-140 Gl-5 on both. I do some towing and run the synth 75-140
