Awesome!! Thanks for the help and experience guys. Time to put the real bearings, crush sleeve and the rest of the hardware and button it all up.

Alright, here it is finally all buttoned up. Pinion preload is set at 30 in lbs rotating torque and 37 in lbs with carrier. Backlash is at .006”, caps all torqued and seal housing tube all routed. Hope everything turns out good. Here are my final patterns and everything buttoned up. All I need now are axle shafts.i started another thread for what my options are.
