Gear patterns. Help!

I'm not the resident gear expert, but when dealing with shims measured to the thousandth, .010 is a huge jump. .005 seems like a more realistic amount to change by, reinstall, repaint, and reassess. I'd definitely defer to Dirtman or someone else with more experience in regearing though.

You will seldom get a perfect pattern on both drive and coast at the same time. I would prefer your first try to your last. You can download the Yukon Gears installation guide that gives you a good idea of all the acceptable patterns.
As you can see by pulling shims from the pinion your pattern is out toward the end of the teeth. You were better off where you had it.

This is the absolute best (as far as centering the drive side) I can get it at .064 pinion shim and .006 backlash. I went all the way to .070 on pinion and as low as .025, playing with the backlash from the right side at .005 and as far as
.007-8ish. Would this pattern suffice and last? Any help will be well appreciated.
