Will be getting a kit welded on my Dana 30 soon since I'm running 35's and considering 37's. Should I have my rear axle beefed up too?

Should I bother with a truss kit? Mainly a road queen....light trails.

You should get your rear trussed. Thee D-44's housings aren't very strong. I have bent several--before I learned that trussing stops it. Hell I bent a one on a '12 Dozer JKU with less than 2000 miles on it. Wasn't doing anything hard, but I did drop off a small rock ledge---softly I might add. Its the weight. I had 33" tires, 4 passengers, and my fat ass.
